1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • You were charged for an order that was not delivered due to a system error or unavailability of the restaurant or delivery partner.

  • The order was cancelled by PreeGreen or its restaurant partners due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • The order was delivered successfully but you were dissatisfied with taste, portion, or quality (as taste preferences are subjective).

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • The customer was unavailable to receive the order at the delivery location.

  • Delay in delivery caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Orders placed through promotional or discount offers are non-refundable.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • You must provide the order ID, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.

  • Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Payment Gateway Refunds

All online payments on PreeGreen are processed securely through Razorpay.
Any refund for a failed, duplicate, or cancelled transaction will be initiated through Razorpay and credited to the same account or card used for payment.
